Some aspects of our service—such as the use of premium travel partners, first-class transport services, and facilities provided by third-party suppliers—may have specific accessibility limitations, particularly in relation to mobility assistance or wheelchair access. Because we do not operate specialist medical, lifting, or complex mobility-support equipment, certain advanced accessibility needs may require services beyond our operational capabilities.

We encourage clients with specific accessibility requirements to contact us in advance so we can assess suitability, discuss available options, and recommend appropriate arrangements where necessary. Our goal is always to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for every client.
