Working closely with households and agency partners, she manages onboarding, compliance and service standards, ensuring consistency and clarity at every stage.

Henry Barratt
Henry Barratt is the Founder of ONE: Personal Training, a boutique studio in Mayfair known for its highly tailored, results-led approach to fitness. With over 20,000 hours of one-to-one personal training across a 17-year career, Henry has developed a methodology centred on intelligent, functional movement. His focus spans strength, mobility, posture, balance and coordination, with programmes designed around the individual rather than a fixed system.
His background in professional rugby, including time with Harlequins, Cornish Pirates, London Wasps and England U19 and U21s, shaped an early understanding of performance, discipline and resilience. Having experienced injury throughout his sporting career, he developed a deeper perspective on rehabilitation and long-term physical wellbeing.

With over 20 years of international experience, Omri has worked across fine dining restaurants, hospitality groups, private events and consultancy roles, including executive chef positions throughout Europe and beyond. Over the past six years in England, he has developed a nuanced understanding of British dining culture and its evolving expectations.
His approach is rooted in fire cooking and a deep respect for produce, with an emphasis on exceptional meats, seasonal vegetables and health-conscious, nutrient-led dishes. Precision and balance remain central to his culinary identity.
Career highlights include Executive Chef at MEA Restaurant in Antwerp and Head Chef at The Palomar in Soho, alongside consultancy for Royal Mansour in Casablanca and SELLA in Saint-Barthélemy.
